The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the new European standard in terms of personal data protection. Applicable as of 25 May 2018, the regulation applies to all companies processing the personal data of individuals residing in the European Union, regardless of the company’s location. GDPR specifies what is considered personal data and how to collect, process, store, or erase it. The control of personal data by the data subject is at the very center of the new regulation. In order to guarantee your rights, the respect of your privacy, and the protection of your personal data, TAL considers the implementation of GDPR into every process as essential. The implementation of the GDPR principles at TAL is built on values that are - in our eyes - inseparable from your rights.

Transparency

We want you to know that your personal data is safe with us. Our Privacy policy, our Cookie policy as well as our General Terms relate in detail to how we treat your personal data.
